Crunch: Boot Camp Training DVD
This DVD is sure to kick your butt! I love it.
At some point you will want to purchase a fitness ball. They're awesome for helping you stabilize your core while doing your workouts.

Free weights are your best friend. My free weights set looks nothing like this. It's actually a set where the weights are changeable. I have the bar and the weights come on and off safely with a lock. They're actually pretty cool! But you will want to buy a set of free weights.

Resistance Bands are a great thing to look into. They usually aren't that expensive and they will be easy to store. You don't need to buy a huge personal gym to get the resistance that you need. Put one end under or around the leg post on your bed and sit in a chair or stand and work your arms, legs, shoulders, back, core, etc.. They're great!

Exercise mats are extremely helpful. They're padded which is great when doing sit ups or crunches. They're also textured so you wont slip on wood or cement surfaces. If you're looking for storage, they roll up so you can put them away. I'm really big on the storage thing, if you can't tell. ;)

I will repeat, you do NOT need to spend a million dollars on a fancy water bottle. But you DO need to have water. Your body is Adult Men: 60%, Adult Women: 55% water. When you work out you sweat (or at least you should) and keeping yourself hydrated will be your ultimate goal. Dehydration is very serious! Drinking enough water each day will also train your body from registering your cravings incorrectly. If you're an over eater try drinking water whenever you find yourself hungry. Eventually you will start to recognize that you weren't really hungry to begin with. Your body was actually dehydrated. This will help you lose more weight.

 ENELL Sports Bra
Seriously, I love them. Simple as that!
